David Carter, Founder
With an educational background in computer science and psychology, David has spent the last 31 years working in various technological fields including data / telecommunications, digital signal processing, robotics, and image processing.
While working in the communications field over the last 19 years and being a longtime, ardent follower of the equities market David identified an intersection with certain communications technology principles and the equities market. This led to the design and development of several trading algorithms, of which two have completed a series of multi-year back tests consistently outperforming market indices. Additional algorithms are under development.

David holds a Series 65 license.
Peter Hoey, Co-Founder
Peter has been an institutional trader for almost 20 years, delivering outstanding execution in an increasingly competitive equities market. His clients range from large mutual funds to hedge funds of all sizes. Peter has served as Managing Director for the Boston offices of LaBranche Financial, Direct Access Partners, and Wall Street Access.

Along with getting his clients into and out of positions while mitigating market impact, Peter has fostered strong relationships on both the Buy and Sell side that will be beneficial in this new venture.

Peter holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 55, and 24 licenses.
